ABOUT THE HOTEL

This hotel is newly built and is loaded with many amenities (I. e. outdoor fire pit & grill, EV Charging Ports, swimming pool, free wi-fi, 24 hour pantry, play area for kids…) 

We have taken advantage of this by negotiating cost effective solutions without disturbing the comfort and luxury of the stay.  

For easy booking, follow the link, (or you can call the hotel) that will allow you to select your room type. ALL rooms are suites and are equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, glassware and stemware. Each suite also has a sleeper couch and roll away bed can be delivered to the room as well, therefore, accommodating more people comfortably.

If you choose to arrive early, you will be allowed to check in on Thursday. If you need to leave later, you have the option to checkout on Monday, without any additional room charges.

17 - Studio Suite w/ 1 King Bed  / $139.00 per night 

5 -   Queen Studio Suite w/ 2 Queen beds  / $159.00 per night 

8  -  Bedroom Studio Suite w/ 1 King Bed  / $159.00 per night 

REGISTRATION AND FEES 

Anyone age 13 and up will be considered an adult.  Age 12 and under will is considered a child. Price includes participation for all events through July 10-12.  

Registration and fees should be paid by May 31, 2026 to ensure a successful reunion. An additional $10 per person will be added for dues paid after due date. 

Early deposit/payments are encouraged
